Job Postings:

Once a job posting is live, it cannot be canceled. However, you can remove the posting from public view at any time.

No refunds will be issued for job postings once they have been published.

For Job Seekers:

If you have subscribed to any premium job seeker services, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for services already provided.

If you cancel within 7 days of purchase, and no services have been used, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided.

Refunds are not applicable if any job posting or service was utilized during the subscription period.

Job Postings:

Job postings are non-refundable once they are live on the platform.

In the event of technical issues caused by Job4Doctor.com that affect the visibility or functionality of a job posting, we will work to resolve the issue, and at our discretion, may offer a refund or additional posting credits.

For Job Seekers:

Premium Services:

Refund requests for premium services will be considered if made within 7 days of purchase, provided no services (such as resume writing, career counseling, or job alerts) have been used.

No refunds will be issued after 7 days or once any service has been delivered.
