Job Description: Pediatrician Consultant
Position: Pediatrician / Pediatric Consultant
Location: Badau
Salary: ₹1.5 Lakh – ₹3 Lakh per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pediatrician Consultant who can independently manage pediatric cases and handle NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical expertise in newborn care and pediatric emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Manage and monitor NICU patients, including premature and critically ill newborns.
- Conduct routine check-ups, vaccinations, and developmental assessments.
- Diagnose and treat pediatric illnesses, infections, and chronic conditions.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintain patient medical records.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other specialists for quality patient care.
- Handle pediatric emergencies and provide timely medical interventions.
- Counsel parents on child health, nutrition, and preventive care.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB in Pediatrics or equivalent.
- Valid Medical Council registration.
- Experience in managing NICU cases is mandatory.
- Strong communication, decision-making, and patient-care skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a clinical team.
