Position: MBBS Doctor / Resident Medical Officer (RMO)
Location: Orai
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Employment Type: Full-Time
Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated MBBS Doctor/RMO to provide round-the-clock patient care, manage routine clinical duties, and support senior consultants. The doctor will be responsible for handling IPD/OPD patients, emergencies, and maintaining overall clinical workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend OPD & IPD patients and provide primary medical care.
- Assist senior consultants in daily rounds and procedures.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize patients as required.
- Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Ensure timely documentation, prescriptions, and discharge summaries.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for smooth patient care.
- Maintain protocol, hygiene standards, and patient safety.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Valid Medical Council registration (mandatory).
- Experience as RMO/Medical Officer preferred, but freshers may also apply.
- Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergencies confidently.
